Modern Stress Management Foundation - Information
This four-unit qualification may be taught by live training or Skype and features a full-colour manual. Participants will learn the fundamental Modern Stress Management techniques to help combat the stress epidemic.
On completion of this course you will be presented with your Modern Stress Management Foundation certificate and be awarded a years GoE Standard Membership, which gives you access to the members group, valuable learning resources and also receive the magazine The Energist.

The price of the course is £150.00 which includes:
- Course Manual posted out to you including postage and packing to anywhere in the world.
- One days Skype training with Sandra Hillawi at a mutually convenient time.
- Upon payment you'll be given GoE Standard Membership which gives you access to the members group which is where you can talk with other students or arrange practice partners. Members also receive a number of other benefits including CPD downloads, the GoE magazine "The Energist" and more.
- Upon completion of the course you'll be given a years GoE Standard Membership, or an extension if you're already an existing member
- Upon completion we'll also post you out your foundation level certificate
How MSM Foundation Distance Learning Works
- Upon payment we'll send you your full-colour course manual in the post. This normally takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. You will also receive GoE Standard Membership. This is a really important benefit for students as you'll be able to arrange practice partners, ask questions to the members group and also receive the GoE magazine.
- When you receive your manual, please contact your tutor Sandra Hillawi to schedule your full-day Skype training. This will take place at a mutually convenient time between yourselves. You will have no more than three other people on your course, so you'll benefit from the small class size.
- After the training and presuming you've met the criteria then you'll be posted your foundation level certificate and be awarded a years worth of GoE Standard Membership, or an extension if you're already a member.
